“So, I can’t comment on the efficacy of the Weber as I have not used it yet. Regarding, Riverside I received an email telling that they could not provide a Smokey Grey Weber. They could supply a Slate Grey - which was better for me. I called them and they explained that there system was overwhelmed in Black Friday, hence the substitution. What I appreciated was being appropriately informed (by email and call) in a polite and professional manner.”

“After a disappointing email telling me the product had been oversold in smoke grey and was out of stock (and that I couldn’t swap for a different colour of my choice which was frustrating), I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call to say that one had become available. More disappointment when the item arrived badly damaged. However in fairness the issue has been very quickly resolved by Weber and I am now very happy with my purchase. I had used Riverside many times before this purchase and will continue to do so.”

“I checked out three items on my order. The following day I received an invoice for much less then I was expecting. When I called to enquire I was told that one of my items was out of stock. I asked to cancel my order but was told it was too late and cancelling would incur a £18 fine. I was told that I could order my item again when it came back in stock but I would have to pay the shipping cost again. Really unhappy with the customer service will not be using this company again.”

“Amazing next day delivery! Have not yet tried the rotisserie and thermometer. Had to clear summerhouse ready to for a practice run before cookingh Christmas turkey on the day itself. 4-star because not yet tried the rotisserie and thermometer. Delivery would be 5 stars”
