“Great deal on the BBQ, Very good comms. Only negative is that I requested Parcelforce delivery rather than DPD as don't rate DPD. Unfortunately it got sent by DPD and as feared box had a hammering but fortunately bbq was OK.”

“What a buildup to the most genuine Black Friday sale that I have come across! My sear grate for Weber's gbs systems arrived within a couple of days of ordering and I couldn't wait to try it out! Try it out I have and it works exactly as advertised but for less than half of the normal price - a genuine bargain indeed. I shall look forward to next year's event, thanks very much indeed Riverside.”

“Having ordered a small quantity of Charcoal I then wanted to arrange a pallet of Charcoal and asked for a quote from the Sales team - I rang twice to remind them but nothing was forthcoming and I was told the Manager was too busy and phone calls were being followed up 3 days later. This was too late for me and I went elsewhere. I have still not received a follow up call 10 days later.”
