“The service I received from Riverside was good and delivery was prompt. The items I ordered were very competitively priced and very good quality. I have however deducted one star as I had short notice of an earlier than promised delivery which I missed and the second delivery was not dropped off at a neighbours address as I requested because the item was apparently too large.”

“Normally I have no complaints as everything is smooth and fast. But I’m still waiting for part of my consignment ordered on 25th Nov and not getting any updates on it at all. I’m sure this is the fault of the delivery company but even so the lack of comms on this matter is hugely frustrating.”

“I had been looking at Treagers for quite some time, but having purchased a Weber Genesis back in June I though it may be seen as extravagant. When I saw the Black Friday deal I couldn’t (egged on by my son) help myself. The appliance was delivered within the time frame. Excellent service. I’m a happy Bunny”

“Absolutely brilliant company to deal with place two order with them now and both spot on, they even honour a price for me on a Traeger pellet sensor after Cyber Monday due to circumstances I missed out on getting the sensor on cyber Monday for £40 instead of the £79.99 I emailed them and explained and came back and let me have it at the cyber Monday price “ let’s be honest they didn’t need to “ thanks also to Ellie she was really pleasant and helpful hope she’s one of your top employees.if not she should be! Have a great Christmas & New Year Riverside thanks once again for the great customer service.🙂👍🤶🎅🏽 Regards Gary Simpson”
