“After an enjoyable and informative visit to Riverside at Hertford, I finally placed an order for my long awaited Pulse 2000 BBQ. It arrived as arranged but sadly has taken a week dodging rain showers to getting it set up. I am very pleased with the simplicity of operation, especially after my thirteen year old charcoal performer deluxe had to part company. Sadly the charcoal and my asthma no longer hit it off so my daughter was very pleased to give it a new home. The only downside was the excellent packaging, we had to take it to the recycling centre as too much for the weekly collection.”

“Lovely venue next to the river - the area where the pizza class took place was well mainted and well stocked. Great to be undercover, especially for the time of year! The course it's self was well thought out and well led with lots of opportunities for hands on learning. Very well stocked shop area with loads to look round.”

“The product is excellent, however I had to call to confirm the order after two days not hearing anything. I was told due to system changes their have been glitches. Once the order was confirmed the dispatched very quickly, but next the courier used never turned up after I waited in all day.. I called the courier the next day as lines closed whilst I was waiting in their queue and was told it will come out the next working day. I was needed in the office and so I ended up collecting the BBQ from their warehouse. The box had been battered and so I was forced to open fully and build immediately to make sure there wasn't any damage or bits missing. All in all, the BBQ looks and feels excellent, but my experience was less desired.”
