Poor customer service - slow to respond to enquiries and to refund moines

Ordered a TV, transaction was smooth, confirmation re despatch was efficient but here is where it all went wrong. Can't really fault RLR Distribution. However their chosen company they employ to deliver their products needs looking at. This particular order was handed to RPD 2 Man and this is where the problems began. They advised by text the product was being delivered the next day between 2pm and 8pm. This was not convenient so called the number on the text message as instructed however no answer to around 20 calls. They still attempted delivery and as nobody was in they left a calling card advising to call to re-arrange delivery (same number as per text) I called this number for around 6/7 days in a row (circa 20 calls per day) and still not a single answer. Eventually getting through to someone at this point l was advised that someone was in the area 2 days later and would be able to complete delivery. i decided to take the day off work to take delivery. The evening before I was sent a text to confirm delivery would take place the next day between. 1pm and 8pm. Sadly no delivery took place and once again nobody was on hand to take any calls. I wasted a whole days holiday waiting for RPD 2 Man to make a simple delivery. Not one phone was made by them to advise there was a problem and also none of my 10 calls between 6pm and 8pm trying to tack them down were answered. RPD 2 man are a shambles of an outfit so please be wary ordering if they are responsible for delivering your product!

We ordered a Samsung 65" curved TV which was advertised as in stock and 3/4 days despatch. Finally received it 3 weeks later after many phone calls and my time being wasted waiting in for a delivery. Better organisation with delivery required.

I am still waiting for a phone call since 10 am this morning after 3 e mails and me ringing them at 10.50 am this morning being promised someone would ring me straight away as I need to go out still no phone call so really not happy as we can not fit the stand to the television and we require information !

The delivery guys tried to deliver the wrong TV. The bracket I ordered didnt come with it. I emailed the office and have no response other than this give us feedback form....

ARRIVED DAMAGED AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT NEARLLY A WEEK LATER. VERY HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO SORT OUT ANY PROBLEMS. REGARDS DONNA HARDING

If you are dead set on getting a rock bottom price at all costs, then this company is ideal. If you are expecting great customer service then avoid at all costs. Spending over £2000 on the latest UHD TV is completely unnerving when you receive absolutely no contact for over a week after purchase despite being in stock. Emails go unanswered, phones run to a full answer machine so you can't leave a message. I got through once on a mobile number to be told it was dispatched that day (it wasn't!) Then the mobile was switched off for the next 2 days. A PayPal dispute was raised with no replies from the company, then suddenly I received notification email saying my TV had been dispatched however the order status still showed as "processing". The TV is brilliant! The price saved me almost £600 on Currys! Value, undoubted.....customer service....non existent! If you use this company be prepared for slow delivery and don't bother trying to contact them. It WILL arrive.....eventually!

Problems with delivery, arrived in the end but about a week late and had to spend a day at home for a delivery that never arrived
