I know there were some telephony problems for RLR but it was the delivery company that didn't quite do as promised. This is a pretty minor issue though, as I said TV is great, thanks.”

“I ordered a Washer/Dryer which was dispatched very quickly and arrived within 4 working days, which was great. The 2 guys who delivered it were very helpful in getting into the property.
The only criticism I would have would be regarding communicating when the delivery would take place. An email would be good, instead I had a voice message the day before saying it would arrive the next day before 2pm. I had no opportunity to change the day, but luckily I was going to be in, though it actually arrived around 4pm.
Otherwise a great service.”
“The overall shopping experience was very good. I ordered a TV on Sunday and it was delivered 2 days later on Tuesday. All went very smoothly.
A couple of things which could be improved though are the following:
- I don't think the website mentioned how quickly they would deliver the item. So I did not know what to expect and if the items was actually in stock.
- Furthermore I received an order acknowledgement rather than an order confirmation which stated "This e-mail is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you." I find this practice not very good. If I order an item and pay for it the company should be able to confirm this order and do not keep their options open until they have actually dispatched the item. This is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5.”
“No problem with the merchant not enough information contact from the deliverers left waiting 2 days for delivery I had to call them so cancelled order full and quick refund no problems. Rlr distribution sort your deliverers out should be no more problems”
“When you're ordering an expensive stuff online there is always a fear in mind if you would get what you ordered, however, all my worries were alleviated when the TV that i ordered arrived in the timescales as scheduled. So, tx ever so much. The most important aspect now 8s to see that the suhd 4k tv operates as expected. So, I will provide another feedback when I've tested the tv totally.

“Item: Bosch dishwasher. We received a different model from the one ordered (and invoiced). Whilst this was mostly the same spec it would have been nice to have been given the choice as one of the features on the original order was not present on the machine received (child lock on the door).”
“I had a call for next day delivery between 1 and 5 pm, at 5:30 I called to chase up, the guy was very apologetic and stated the driver hah encountered delays and should be with me at 7pm
The item arrived at approx.7:10 with no problems. A neighbour kindly took it in as we were late for a function.
Excellent service only marred by lack of a phone call to inform of the delay, otherwise great communication.”
“After studying the market for 6 months I finally bought SHARP 80 inch tv from RLR . I was a bit nervous at first but it was not only the cheapest by £300 but they had one in stock. After waiting a week for delivery I phoned and got a tracking number for the delivery firm which had had it sitting in their depot waiting for a call off me. I sorted a date out and it was delivered on time. I am delighted with this product. Unfortunately there were no screws in the box for fitting the stand nor any for wall mounting. A trip to B&Q got me the scews for wall mounting but I am still waiting for the stand screws ( I don't need them at moment but I may want to sell someday. ) Overall I was pleased that it arrived in one piece and works perfectly .”
“Product (LED TV) received a week after order placed in perfect condition. Really pleased with product and price paid. Would definitely use RLR again. Only minor criticism would be the lack of an update after my order was placed.”
“Was a little unsure of the site at first as the price of the products on the site were a fair bit cheaper than anywhere else but my item was dispatched within the timeframe stated and arrived promptly afterwards. Only difference between this and the likes of Amazon, etc. are that the item was due to be dispatched within 5-7 working days and was dispatched late on the 7th day - no chance of a next day delivery. But I saved about £300 on a TV so more than willing to wait a bit longer for that sort of saving.”
