Unfortunately no courier company can deliver items from mainland UK postcode to Scotland the very next day. Our website states clearly that all Scottish postcodes deliveries happen within 3-5 working days and customer has actually received TV on the 3rd day after placing the order. “I ordered a TV over a week ago. No contact regarding when it going be delivered despite being in stock. I left three messages asking someone to contact me and still no reply. Some of their phone numbers have been cut off as well. Customer service is terrible. Do not order from this company.”
“LG smart TV failed just over two years old. Fobbed off by retailer who seems not to be aware of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. It is not reasonable to expect a £600 television to only last two years. Worth paying the extra to go with a reputable retailer. Lesson learnt...”
Customer has bought the tv more then 2 years back and wanted us to replace the tv or pay the amount for it ..As the purchase of the tv had gone past manufacturers warranty we were unable to assist the customer ..
“Poor communication. They phoned on Tuesday 10th to say that the box was damaged so they would put it in new bo, refund me £25 and arranged another day for delivery. I came home on Saturday 14th to find a delivery note. I had to go and collect the TV myself only to find it still in a damaged box (I have pictures) and had also clearly been opened, I suspect it was a display mode, and one battery was missin. I have checked my accounts and the £25 has not been refunded.”
“Box was damaged all over, looked like it had been used as a football. Screws missing for the stand, had to buy some from Samsung as were specific, still waiting for them. Thankfully TV is working so far.”
