Good prices, however the delivery process was a mess. RLR did not call to give me a delivery slot and when I called them they gave me the wrong one. I only got correct information when I managed to speak directly to the courier.

I was quite dubious having read some reviews online for RLR (after i'd already paid)... so i was half expecting that i'd ended up falling for a scam. Delivery was supposed to be on a Tuesday, so i waited for that for half a day - and it didn't turn up. Then i spoke to them on the Weds and they said it was accidentally sent to the North West of England instead of North West London (my postcode is NW1). How is that even possible ha ha??? Delivery was re-scheduled for the Thursday, i waited in. It didn't turn up again, "because the delivery driver had an accident". Then it was re-scheduled to the Friday - and to their credit it turned up. Aside from all of the above though, i've ended for a 55" telly for a fraction of the cost that it would've been had it bought it from Argos or Tescos.... so rough with the smooth and all that.

Delivery -two young ladies with no equipment to get the appliance into the house. small dent in side of one door due to difficulty. They were very helpful despite. Prompt delivery.

Good service only major down side is they don't deliver to a separate address that the registered card. I understand why they do this but unfortunately it is very impractical and totally inconvenient. Unfortunately it would be a bit reason for me to not buy from them again.

Ordering was OK. The tracking didn't give understandable information and the delivery turned up with out the promised phone call. The product was OK except for a missing UK lead. RLR promised to send one but it never arrived. Purchased the lead in the end.

Good evening, All our products come with mains lead within the box, usually all missing parts are sent by manufacturers, but since we do not like our customers to wait long we usually ship the missing part from our side, sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

I purchased a Samsung 55 inch smart TV (UE55JU6800) from RLR. What was delivered was a 49 inch LG TV, with a different customer's contact details attached, in a completely different geographic location. I emailed RLR and received an apology with a commitment to rectify. A follow-up phone call did little to provide reassurance that this would actually happen. However, two days later the correct order was fulfilled. The TV is great and was way cheaper than Currys. RLR should consider upgrading their order processing software to avoid unnecessary delivery charges and customer frustration.

Delivery service not very good despite 3 phone calls before my purchase. ordered 55 inch Samsung 4k TV, the TV is brilliant although it is a European model which is obvious due to the two pin plug that is supplied in the unopened box so a late night dash to buy a cable was required. Would I buy again, probably not as my trust is lost but ignoring the supply side of it the TV is fab.

I received dispatch notification for my new TV at a cost of £540 on 24/11/15, a day or two after ordering it. I got the initial delivery on 4/12/15 a wait of nearly two weeks from ordering it. A star lost there. I don't expect it within a day or two but two weeks is too long a wait. So eventually my tv arrives only to find the screen smashed. I immediately started trying to contact RLR by email on 5/12/15 which was a Saturday so I assumed my delayed response was because it was the weekend. Nevertheless I emailed again on the Sunday. I heard nothing still at first on the Monday when I emailed again that evening and getting really worried by now that I'd chosen a flybynight company that I shouldn't have trusted, compounded by some bad reviews I'd only then started reading about poor customer service. Eventually i got an email late on that same Monday night asking for photos of the damage which I intended to do after work on the Tuesday. I then got a phone call on the Tuesday morning by an apologetic lady saying they were having problems with their email and had had similar problems with other customers, ( no mention requesting photos). She said they'd be out to collect the tv that day and I'd get a replacement on the following day which was today, 9/12/15. I may be a bit quick to write this review as I've not opened the box yet of the TV but I felt compelled to get this review out there. This is a review of my shopping experience with RLR not the purchased item. So it was a rather traumatic experience as far as internet shopping goes but they did come good in the end even though it took ages and there was a slow response initially with dealing with the broken tv. I'm afraid I wouldn't use this company again or recommend them.

I have seen the negative reviews and I can kind of understand why, but it is not necessary the companies fault, I own my own business and have constant problems with the bigger courier companies that break more items that actually get delivered. So these guys are doing the sensible thing and getting smaller companies to deliver the goods as far better to get the good late than smashed. But the problem because they are small sometimes they take longer to deliver as they have to plan a route, this is what seems to let the company down it is not entirely their fault, they just want you to get your goods in one piece.

TV ordered on the 16th collected from RLR by couriers Arrow XL I rang and emailed RLR a few days later when it didn't arrive and they said they would look into it but I didn't find out that the goods had been damaged in transit (left out in the rain) and returned to RLR until seven days after original order.....but I had to phone the courier and then RLR to find all that for myself. Money was transferred back into my account 8 days after original order.

Was easy to place an order but the delivery was very long and I was about to ring and find out where it had got to. Need quicker delivery service

not quick delivery, after few days phone them, then they made delivery to my home, it was 40 inch 3d TV

I ordered a Samsung UE46F6400ACTIVE 3D LED SMART TELEVISION. A lot of complications - was originally told it would take 3 - 5 days but then on the 5th day, I was told it would take another few days. I was moving home on the 5th day so I had to change the shipping address. 8 days on and I could not get through to their offices. On the 11th day, I get an email stating the item has been dispatched - to my OLD address! Send an email asking if they have actually dispatched it (and if so, why to my old address??) and was told it actually wasnt dispatched yet (erm, so why the email stating it had been??) I eventually got it and the item works great but the customer service could do with some improving and they definitely lack in customer care. Not sure if I would purchase from then again......
