Extremely disappointed with ROLAB and it’s customer service. Having ordered and paid for 2 units I was only sent 1, the listed telephone number is not in service and no response to emails, my only option was to commence a PayPal dispute, very disappointing buying experience .

The hoverboard stopped working correctly in May last year. It was in warranty but despite several emails, online request forms and telephone calls (can’t get through at all in the number), I haven’t heard anything.

I made an order and it arrived incorrectly. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone either by email or phone. The phone number doesn’t work

The item ordered was delivered damaged and I have spent a week trying to contact Rolab to arrange a replacement but no reply. It took less than a day for you to take my payment but so far no reply to my emails about the damaged item!!!

Tried on numerous occasions to contact, hoverboard wouldn't charge, customer service number is not in service, do not buy 1 of these boards, cannot get a refund

Hooverboard stopped working, instructions say to email for a return form, but unable to get a response, and telephone number does not connect.

Purchased for Christmas last year and worked fine for around 6 months. Then, stopped working and turns itself off with no notice, throwing my 9 year old off. Have tried to contact Rolab via their website, email and phone, as it is supposed to have a 12 month warranty but after many attempts over a number of months now, have had no response. Poor product, and awful customer service.

We bought a hoverboard as a birthday present, doesn't work, won't charge, numerous emails, no response, phone number doesnt work. Bought a second as guess what doesn't work, won't charge, no response via emails. Do not buy from this company a total scam, DO NOT BUY, fake website, delivering faulty, broken Hoverboards.

Initially this board was great but it has developed a serious and very dangerous fault. It turns off without any warning, throwing the rider to the floor. My son sustained a back injury as a result. This has happened several times and he is now afraid to use it. The telephone number for Rolab is out of service and they never respond to emails. The board is within the warranty period but whats the point of a warranty if you cant contact the company to use it?! So very disappointed with Rolab.

Hoverboard developed a fault. Was out of guarantee. Emailed customer services to see of they offered a repair service or could they recommend a local one. No reply. Then received an email to leave a review. Email said that if review was going to be negative, get in touch and they'd try and sort it. So sent another email to person who asked me to leave the review and that was ignored too. So now have a board that doesn't work.

Not bad product I am sure, but it worked about few drives. My son got it for last Christmas and use it few times since. After few months staying in the garden storage it simply stop charging, no proper indication as well (it stays always green). I couldn't find any battery replacement on their web site, which is really bad. I wrote couple of emails to ask how to make it work again, but no answer. I think the customer service and support is not even closer to good enough. To be honest I prefer to buy 3 cheep Chinese hover boards for the same price and I am sure they all will last much more then this.

The segway, our children purchased with their own money they saved hard for, stopped working within 6 months of purchase. We contacted Rolab's to ask for a form via email to warranty the product under the 1 year warranty, that was the 18th September 2020 and we haven't heard anything, even though we have tried several times and have also tried their phone number which is out of service. Appalling/non-existent customer service, please AVOID buying from this company. Check out trust pilot reviews on this company for more reviews like this.

Battery is useless after 18 months, only lasts 5 minutes. I've tried calling support but the lines have been off for 6 months. I've emailed them dozens of times and got nothing back. Avoid!

Brought hoverboard in Feb 2019, stopped working June 2019 contacted Rolab by email as don't answer their phone. Had repair done returned but one year later again same repair needed but out of warranty. I would not buy from this company again. Checked google reviews as disgruntled customer on there too.

Awful customer service the boards I purchased as Christmas gifts broke approx 3 months after purchase. The issue was never resolved the items never got repaired nor did I get any sort of refund. So they are sat broken and unusable! Not a happy customer

I ordered the single pin charger lead for my daughters hover board and it never turned up. I have tried many times to contact you through email and by phone with no reply. Totally disappointed with the service by the company. And even more disappointed that what I have paid for never arrived.

Just inadequate all round. Defective hoverboard after minimal use....Zero customer service to arrange a repair even when out of warranty and willing to pay for a new wheel motor. It’s like banging my head against a brick wall to get anywhere. Don’t even answer phone calls or reply to emails.

My son was very keen for a rolab hoverboard as he loved the key aspect. We tried and tried and tried to order via the website but had no success, it would not let us complete our order. We tried to phone and email multiple times and never had any response and the phone number was invalid. Extremely disappointing

Hi I ordered on the 28th August 2020. Today, the 1st of November I have yet to receive my order. You took my money on the 10 weeks ago, that’s 70 days, and I have nothing. I have emailed you 8 times seeking any update. Nothing. Silence. And then you send me an email seeking a review! I just want my money back at this stage. Terrible service. Terrible.
