“My son was very keen for a rolab hoverboard as he loved the key aspect. We tried and tried and tried to order via the website but had no success, it would not let us complete our order. We tried to phone and email multiple times and never had any response and the phone number was invalid. Extremely disappointing”

“Excellent service and hoverboards. Before purchasing from rolab I did purchase a hoverboard from another company and it turned out the hoverboard was faulty and when I tried to contact the company they had disappeared so I was left with a faulty hoverboard. A friend recommended rolab after she had purchased a hoverboard from them, I now have 2 rolab hoverboards and won't go anywhere else for hoverboards. I will be looking to purchase a third hoverboard from rolab in the near future for my youngest daughter. Highly recommend rolab - after care is brilliant too.”

“I bought a board for my son last Christmas and he couldn’t be happier! He says it’s one of the best presents he’s ever had and he is still using it a year later! (Was worried it might have been a lot of money for a flash in the pan!) I’m happy too, the ordering, delivery and customer service were excellent and I’m very happy with the quality and build. Not the cheapest but competitive and you get what you pay for so glad I went with Rolab! Would recommend!”

“My son loved his hoverboard we also got the cart which we’ve all had amazing fun with and their customer service was amazing the first wheel we got with the cart was a little wobbly after certain speed they sent replacement wheel without question delivery was quick and was kept notified about delivery would definitely recommend this company”

“Hi...I ordered a R1 hoverboard bk in 2017 for my son for christmas...and we still have it...I emailed the company in 2018 on about the battery not charging and wasnt turning on n they emailed me bk and told me how to send it bk so they could inspect it and they did so and sent it bk and in all working order...and since then still working for the past 2 years since having it repaired and my son loves the bluetooth feature as he likes listening to his music through the hoverboard whilst on it..😊”

“Hi I ordered on the 28th August 2020. Today, the 1st of November I have yet to receive my order. You took my money on the 10 weeks ago, that’s 70 days, and I have nothing. I have emailed you 8 times seeking any update. Nothing. Silence. And then you send me an email seeking a review! I just want my money back at this stage. Terrible service. Terrible.”

“Pretty solid piece of kit. Good on solid ground pretty good on reasonably flat grass. I don’t speak from personal experience rather from watching the boy! He sometimes does laps round the house whilst reading a book!”
