“Spoke to Richard in sales team who made me feel confident in purchasing a hover board for my daughter. I was a little apprehensive about buying online with hearing bad stories about them. It was great to speak to Richard on the phone who was very professional and I felt assured where I was punching it from. It was a gift for her birthday and she loves it. Excellent customer service and fantastic next day delivery. I will be most definitely be buying another one for my little boy from Rolab. Philippa”

“had my doubts about buying this without seeing it but haven't been disappointed. Battery life says 90minutes however it lasts a lot longer. Bought for 11year old daughter who absolutely loves it and loves that she can connect to Bluetooth and play her music while whizzing around she also loves that it has a key fob to lock it and has a cool carry case so she can take it with her wherever she goes. Tape to secure protective pads not that good but not that bothered due to the quality of the hoverboard. Thank you Rolab for making one little girl super happy!!!! Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality hoverboard.”

“You receive instant communication. The emails explain when your board is coming they even tell you how far away the delivery driver is. The boards are terrific quality and a fantastic price. The guys at Rolab even extended the warranty for me as the board was a gift. Great service, great comms, great price but most of all great boards. Thank you”

“Product is well built and reassuringly heavy. However, a bit of quality lacking with the protective bands that fit over the arches. The double sided tape provided is woefully inadequate. The bands don't stick down and if they do it's only for a couple of minutes. I've swapped it with number plate double sided tape with no further problems. At £199 I would expect better. The board on occasion has a very horrible judder but this could be just down to the operator. Time will tell. Not disappointed with the actual machine, just dissatisfied with the attention to detail with the tape.”

“To see how much my nephew Aged 10 years old was in getting his Rolab Board, he has taken "to it like a duck out of water", it has surpassed everything we adults could think of his feet are now a part of it and it is wonderful to see such happinesson his face. Totally priceless.”

“Delivered on time as promised. There was a slight issue with the charger bit of board board but company arranged for it to be picked up and fixed the issue and had it back to us within a few days at no extra cost to us . Great customer service.”

“Easy to use, saves you from walking everywhere. Bluetooth feature is very cool and the remote is a good feature. Very good battery life means it doesnt let you down.”

“Well made, decent battery life too, worth buying the skin to stop under carriage damage, so factor that into price, perhaps a combo but together offer could be considered by Rolab?....charger a bit fiddly to insert due to precise pin system, overall for the £200 price range I would reccomend.”
