“ Poor Customer Service I have been a customer for many years, both in store and online. ”

“ Awful customer service they just ignore emails then when chasing up they said a rude reply saying they cannot help. 2 packages stuck for weeks no update, custom fees for items that need to be returned, offered free return then told I have to pay. Absolute shambles of a company and not offer anything apart from a discount code on next order which I will NOT be making! ”
