“ Appalling service. No tracking number received upon confirmation of order. I received partial delivery of the items ordered. Tried for days to ring the number to follow up on the rest of the order, but no sucess. Had to hang up after holding for 90 minutes! Sent several emails but no reply. Have been a loyal customer for several years. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. ”

“ Had a faulty item: no response to emails Had a return for exchange: two months later and still not had any comms from them, despite proof of delivery. This company are operating so far outside of the Consumer Rights Act it is a joke. Distance Selling Regulations are ignored. I would encourage all people posting reviews to raise a case with Trading Standards, as they operate on the basis of "more complaints = action". ”
