“Roof Simple of Front Royal did my roof on 4/22/25. Roof looks wonderful! Got the Golden Pledge GAF Timberline UHDZ system with all GAF components. Collin was great. Answered all my questions and concerns. I had alot as im very particular. The Lead guy was on time and also answered my questions and concerns. The installers did a great job on the roof and cleaned up very good. The UHDZ shingle really stands out and just has a 'pop" to it. Makes my home look so much nicer. Roof Simple did a wonderful job. Im happy with the install and the whole crew at Roof Simple. Good job!👍”

“Roof Simple sent a knowledgeable and professional site foreman. The roofing team arrived by 0700 started immediately, worked hard throughout the day. The job looks good the property was well cleaned up and trash thrown away. I won’t declare victory till we have a week of gusting wind, rain, or ice and snow. But quite satisfied today!”

“Nets were placed in front and back of house to catch debris falling from roof making cleanup easier and complete. All shingles and nails were removed by using magnetic pick-up tool in yard and around house. Men doing roof replacement were hard working and professional. Joe, foreman with Roofsimple, saw that all work was properly installed and clean-up was complete. D. Painter ,Strasburg, va.”

“Roofsimple to the rescue! I live in a neighborhood where Roofsimple was replacing roof after roof due to wind and hail damage. I reached out to my insurance company for an inspection, after which they claimed there was virtually no damage. A few months later, I witnessed a roof on the house directly across the street from me being replaced. My neighbor had the same insurance provider as me, and he told me that not only was his roof replacement being covered in full, but he was also getting new gutters. So I spoke to the contractor doing that job (NOT Roofsimple) and he was under the belief that my claim was denied because I didn't use a public adjuster to negotiate on my behalf with the insurance company. I agreed to sign a contract with him and his public adjuster (NOT the public adjuster Roofsimple works with). A few months passed before my insurance company once again rejected the claim. My contractor said that the public adjuster would continue to fight for our claim, but several months passed and nothing materialized. On top of that, the public adjuster offered no updates ... there was no communication from him via email, text or phone. Enter Lou Strosnider from Roofsimple! Lou knocked on my door one afternoon to offer his services. I explained to him what had transpired so far and he felt confident that if I cancelled my existing agreement and let him and Roofsimple's public adjuster (ClaimStar) deal with the insurance company that they would be successful. So I did, and sure enough I now have a new roof and new gutters. Lou deserves special recognition. He's a go-getter who works tirelessly on behalf of his clients. I highly recommend Roofsimple and suggest you ask for Lou specifically, if he's available in your area.”

“Roof Simple was professional and did an excellent job. Lou explained the process well and answered all of our questions. The installation crew completed my roof in a timely manner and cleaned up all the trash at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Roof Simple.”

“Roof Simple arrived when promised and performed all work and clean up within nine hours. This included a whole house roof with an attached two-car garage as well as a one car detached garage. All shingles were secured with 4-6 nails each and they did a thorough job in cleaning up all trash and debris. We are very pleased with services provided and highly recommend Roofsimple for your roofing needs.”

“Henry Morgan was the Roofsimple project manager assigned to our roof replacement project. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process, he contacted me the night before and told me what time he and the crew would be on site and they were right on time he kept me up to date on everything during the process and then made sure I was completely satisfied with the final product which I was very satisfied. The entire Roofsimple team and installers were great.”

“This was our first experience working with Roofsimple. We were referred by our kids who also had their roof done by them. I can honestly say, that for us, it was an experience that I don't think could have gone any better. John Snyman explained everything clearly to us so we would understand all the steps involved, and everyone we met couldn't have been nicer. All involvement with the insurance company was taken care of by John and his team. One of the best parts was having a roofing Project Manager, Lee, on site, who oversaw all work taking place and made sure that whatever was being done, was done right. You couldn't ask for more. Then, we got "more". Project Manager Lee's Manager, Lawrence, came over and also did a complete overview of everything that was done and took care of some small additional items that he felt should be taken care of. So, I ask you. How could anyone ask for more? We (my wife and I) wholeheartedly recommend Roofsimple to anyone in need of a new roof. You won't find better customer service and higher quality work. Top notch for sure.”

“Excellent job from RoofSimple sales (John Snyman) through the entire insurance claims and adjudication process, honest and upfront with all related paperwork, explanations, and inspection activities; communication was outstanding throughout what turned out to be a lengthy and complex process. Work crews were on time and finished their work on a difficult multi-pitched sharp angled roof in one day, thorougly cleaning up the site afterward. Small concerns with the shingle debris and gutters that were rectified quickly. Thank you to the entire team for making this easy and virtually worry free!”

“Roofsimple did a totally Professional Job from start to finish, in replacing our roof, Anthony, who did the initial assessment, was Professional, Knowledgeable, and Personable. He explained and guided us through all the steps of the process, from arranging for the claim and the settlement with our Insurance Company, following up choosing materials, and completing the Contract.I was contacted and notified at every stage, and all the scheduling was on time! Del and James who were the site foreman overseeing the work and explained the work process and progress. The landscaping around the house was protected before work commenced, and the entire site was spotlessly cleaned up after the work was completed. The entire crew was professional, organized, and efficient, and did an overall great job! The new roof looks fantastic, we are Thoroughly Pleased, and could not be happier!”
