“I have a Raymond Weil watch and I have found it difficult to find a watch specialist locally who is willing to replace the battery and service the watch. I posted my watch to Ross Watch Repairs and they were very happy to carry out the work. I also requested a replacement strap and I was delighted with the choice of strap. The whole process was carried out very quickly and I was kept fully informed by email. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend Ross Watch Repairs.”

“This was a great company i found online, which offered a fast turn around on battery changes.....Found the company to be fairly priced with no hidden extras and timely as they promised...i had great communication all through and my watch arrived back today...with a lovely polish aswell which was offered.. Could definitely recommend..”

“Very friendly and efficient service. Numerous helpful e-mails received, advising of watch receipt, repair details and dispatch. Have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Don't look anywhere else for watch repairs - this is where you need to go!”

“Came by this company by accident but all correspondence with them were answered within the hour and from me asking for cost to the watches being returned was less than four days. Very good service quicker and cheaper than using a well known shop on the high street. Will use again and would definitely recommend”

“Found this company by accident, luckily for me. Have just had two Raymond Weil watches come back after having had their batteries replaced. Service was spot on. From the initial email enquiry on costs they have been very prompt.Keep me updated at every step of process. Prices could not be beaten, and had them back within the week. The last time I enquired in a high street shop they quoted £80 and watch would be away for a month...and this was over three years ago. Brilliant service and prices will definitely use again and would recommend without hesitation from one very happy customer”

“Very efficient friendly service, I was amazed how quickly they responded to my initial email enquiry to put a new battery in my Cartier watch, came to collect it and three days later returned it having given it a total refurb- their Premium Service, very worthwhile. Great people!”

“Beware of Ross Watch Repairs. My watch has been with them for months. They are impossible to get hold of and never answer the phone or any other form of communication. I know there are many customers like me, there is one poor chap you can read about in the local paper. Don't be fooled like I was by this impressive website or the clearly false five star ratings. Don't part with your expensive watch as you'll probably never see it again. Time for WATCHDOG I think...”

“Beware of RossWatchRepairs - I am one of many who have sent my watch to this company and have heard nothing since. It is impossible to get hold of them and I fear I may never see my watch again. I have reported them to BBC WatchDog and if you too are having problems I suggest you do the same. Check the reviews website for a true picture of this company.”

“Excellent customer service. Watch was collected due to shop not open at this time as we were not keen to send by post avoiding any delays. Fully serviced and polished with a 2 year warranty. Fully recommend.”
