Rotita as well as a few other companies (all of which I am sure are the same companies operating under different names) use the same shipping partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC. This company has no customer service at all. I have repeatedly asked Rotita to reach out to them no avail. The order in question was placed 12-2-22 and was told the latest day of receipt by me would be 12-24-22. Obviously this did not happen. It was an anklet, hat and shirt. The order placed after this one was already delivered. I have expressed multiple times that I believe this package to be lost as it has been in the same location being scanned multiple times for over 2 weeks. Rotita owes me compensation for this frustrating experience. I have left a bad review on BBB; I have left a bad review on the review board site; I will be leaving more bad reviews unless I am compensated for this issue. At this point I believe I am entitled to some form of compenstation. Your customer service is like speaking with aliens and I need to say "TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER" They just keep saying it will be updated in a week, please to wait. Really????? Your answer is to shut up and keep waiting???? I have still not gotten the Order No: W2212020355165796 placed on 12-2-22

I ordered on 11/30/22 its 1/9/23 I still have not received my order😣 According to tracking it has not even shipped or been received by USPS I will never order another thing from this company!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. As all the other reviews state, this is a waste of time and money. I paid for expedited shipping in order to have the item for Christmas. I was told my latest delivery date would be Dec. 7th. I finally received the items on December 29th! No longer need Christmas-themed clothes!! AND... the quality is horrible. I doubt they could even stand up to a dry cleaner. EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW IS NOT REAL. READ THEM, SEE THE BROKEN ENGLISH...THEY ARE WRITTEN INTERNALLY I AM SURE.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible service. I am still waiting for a delivery that I ordered six weeks ago. I demanded a refund and I cannot get one. What a joke and a scam. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not order from this company. I was told my order would ship by 11/23 and that my shirt was "in stock". It STILL hasn't shipped yet and they are using Covid as an excuse. I'm convinced every positive review out there is fake! Such a scam!!

I ordered a dress size L. Incorrect size was delivered. I have contacted live chat many times but still no email to confirm the correct size has been shipped. I read many bad reviews for this company but still tried my luck now I can confirm please people don’t waste your money on this website. They will ripped you off.

If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased a sweater and leggings in the October. We are going on almost 2 months now without a delivery. I have reached out to customer service 5 times and they say the same thing "It's been shipped and we will direct your complaint to the correct department. We also have updated your shipping and you will get it in 3 to 4 business days" LIARS!!!! According to tracking a shipping label has been made and thats it. The label has sat in the city of Compton for over a month. This company sucks

It was my first purchase at Rotita.com. The quality of swimming suite fabric was poor and cheap. The fit is bad as well. The return is difficult. The return policy is 30 days from delivery. I was not able to return on 30st days. It looks like the company is in different continent with 12+ hours time difference from my local time. They charge for shipping when you purchase and they charge for shipping when you return. Do not recommend. I am very disappointed.

Before ordering, it was written in the website that estimation delivery date would be the next day. My order date is November 13 and today (November 29), it is not delivered yet. DO NOT waste your money in this website.

Don't order from this web site. They will take your money out of your bank and you don't get the item you ordered and no way to contact them It's a scam

BEWARE! Don’t trust their website. Read accurate reviews at the BBB. There is a reason they only get 1.1 stars out if 5. Horrible return policy even when mistake is on their end. There are a million other options to buy better clothes from a better company. Any of them would be better than Rotita.

Totally steer clear of this company. They are from China and expect you to send returns to America. The cost to return items is phenomenal and then there are customs duty on top of that. By the time you get your refund there is hardly any money left for them to pay you. The items are nowhere near as good as they are made out to be and I am sure a lot of the good reviews must be fake ones. If I could I would give no stars but that is not an option unfortunately.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought a swimsuit for 41.00 and shipped it back and got 19.00. They gave me the sale price when I returned it plus charged me shipping fee which I paid for sending it. Never will deal with them again, plus the quality of the swimsuit was like garbage. The pictures look great but the same when yoiu get it.

The low prices are for a reason, steer clear of this company. I ordered two tops which were of such poor quality they were not fit to wear and looked nothing like the ones advertised. I tried to return them but the procedure for returns is so difficult in the end I gave up ant the items ended up in the bin. You have been warned.

I purchased a tankini. It has a defective hem and severe design flaw. Not wearable. Tried to return but get only robot responses.

Ordered 6 items and only three shipped so I cancelled the three that were on back order. I received the three that had shipped but they were too big so I retired them, i received 66.00 and have been asking everyday and then chat people keep telling they will resolve my issue. They can see that all three items have been received back in good shape. I have been waiting and waiting but I’m goi g to have to put I. A dispute with PayPal since that how I laid and let them deal with it. I wo t order from this company again. They quality of the swimsuits was top knotch but the rest urn customer service is horrible

Ordered 4 shirts and a jumpsuit. I am size 14 but ordered size L wich said size 14/16. Order was here fast but the sizes are wrong, didn't fit any of them, and the one that fit me is such a poor quality for the price it was. I prefer to order at Shein because then you get for the price you pay. When I went to the post office I had to pay $65 to return all my items, so I didn't return them. Clients shouldn't have to pay for returning items they are not happy with. Never will Order there again.

Very poor quality. Inferred item had embroidery when it was only painted on. Disappointed. Unable to reach Rotita to return or voice concern.

Purchased swimsuit for over 41.00. Returned it because it didn't look as good as the picture. Got 19.00 back. They gave me money back for the sale price which I didn't get it on sale. plus 9.99 shipping and insurance fee. I still should of had 31.00 back. Will not deal with them again.
