“I would give zero stars if I had the option. My swimsuit arrived with deodorant marks on the armpits and someone’s dirty underwear was left in the package. DISGUSTING!!! I would never purchase anything from this nasty business again!!! Of course when I try to upload the pictures it says to “try again later.” What a joke!”

“I have order this year 5 bathing and 2 tops from Rotito. I returned 1 top and 1 swim suit because they were to large. I tried them on , put them back in the bag they came in and returned. They gave me a credit of of only 10.00. The 2 items totaled 57.00. I was leery about ordering from Rotito because of possible return, but the first few items fit well so quit worrying and ordered more.
When you spend that kind of money and you know you returned the product in perfect condition it’s time to find another company that values you as a customer and doesn’t try to scam you.”
“I ordered two bathing suits, and they changed my ship date stating they could not ship it out for 2 weeks. I then asked for a refund, and was told that they would credit my account with them to use for future purchases. Again, I had to tell them I wanted a refund to my Paypal account which was my original payment method. No response, I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my refund of $68.11. Total scam company, do not buy from them! They take your money and run”
