And there is no way to contact them…only live chat. When you give a bad review …the agent asks why?? And at times it’s like you are speaking to a Bot. All responses seem computer generated. It was my first and last order with this company. Key to great customer service = 1 customer can tell 10 plus people about experience and it can help your company or not. I think everyone can tell how I feel about Rotita. And to top it off the clothes were low quality and cheaply made. Save yourself time and frustration.”

“The sizes are not what I am used to they are much smaller you should put that in your adds so people can order a larger size and not have to eather return it which is impossible as I don't get to speak to anyone or then I have to try to sell it to someone that it will fit”

“This is not a reputable company. Don't be fooled by the pictures, and the verified buyers, the swim suits are faded out and don't look like the pictures. Read the small print carefully. Returns are not easy especially from Canada. I had to pay $30 for return shipping. I sent back two whole bathing suits and got back two tops in return.”

But don't order 2 different bathing suit bottoms to see if you like one or both - they exchange items quickly but I've been messaging them for the past 3 wks trying to get the refund for the one item i did not want. i kept the other items and exchanged 1 item.
