“bras are from China, that wasn't stated in the add. + they don't do what was shown on the video. I should have known better. they took a LONG time getting delivered because they were coming from China.
I don't want to buy anything from China. Don't have a clue how to return them so I will donate them

“I am a bit disappointed. I've ordered 2 pairs of leggings, in my size, received 2 pairs in child size. Gratefully my neighbor's daughter is the correct size, so I made her happy. Everything else was great.”
“Sizes are a bit small. Contact withthis company is difficult. Their designs are lovely so it’s a shame that sizes are not very generous. I wouldn’t even attempt to return any item due to the expense & poor communications”
“I love the costumes But I bought a costume for £25. It was too small went to return it and the cost was £18.50. Now I have a swimming costume I can’t wear! If you live in the UK don’t buy because you cannot return unless you want to pay at least £18”
“I bought 1 Christmas too that was to big so I ordered another in a smaller size 14 days later. Both tops arrived in a timely manner. There was no paper work in the packaging to ship the other top back for credit. Both tops were shipped from New York , 2 different addresses. The top does not look like the picture, but will serve its purpose. I would not purchase from this company again. Upon receiving my credit card bill I was charged for 3 tops. I have called my credit card company to dispute the extra charge. I believe the merchandise is shipped from China and repackaged with a New York address. Very shady, learned my lesson. Because of the over charge and merchandise looked different and no way to call a customer service number no paperwork I gave them a low rating”

I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CLOTHING STORE”
“Rotita's swimsuits are great and you can't beat the price. The only problem I ran into was when I received a shirt that was too small (obviously their size chart was inaccurate) When I chatted online with one of their sales associates, I was told to send the shirt back to them and then it would be my responsibility to get in touch with them again to initiate a refund or exchange. Something is truly fishy with that process. I don't want to spend money on shipping the item back only to have them tell me they never received it. I'm just going to keep the shirt and chalk this up to experience. BYW, the deliver was really late but it wasn't Rotita's fault. Shipping companies have been bogged down because of the COVID-19 outbreak.”
“I ordered a swim suit from rotita and a few days later, I read the reviews. I received my swim suit and to my surprise it came on time and the swim suit was very nice. The fit was perfect and good quality. If I had purchased this suit at a dept. store it would have been over $120.00 or more, but after reading the reviews about all the issues on returns, I will not order from this company again.”
