“Very straight forward to use”

“Website is so easy to use got my policy processed under 5 minutes. Probably the best out there too in regards to prices as it was the most recommended covering all types of damages that can occur with your phone. Definitely recommend too if you don't like calling insurance companies and don't have to wait on hold for ages!!”

“I was having trouble finalising the online quote , phoned up and they helped me , guiding me over the phone to finalise my quote ; I would highly recommend Row firstly they are very competitive and secoundly there customer service is second to none”

“Only just took out a policy on my 27 edge, sorting it was easier than I thought, time will tell what the service is like but my hopes are high”

“Ridiculous company. Got a policy out made a claim they took over a month. Lack of communication. At the end of it all was told nothing will be repaired made out to be a liar. Horrible service and a joke. Would not recommend them at all.”
