“I contacted ROW for a Insurance quote to cover repair breakdown for my kitchen appliances. I was very please with the reception l received from your staff. l found them very friendly and efficient in putting my mind at rest that my appliances would be suitably covered. I was very pleased with your very competitive quote, that l immediately signed up there and then. Thank you very much for the assuring way in which this contract was taken out . l find things like this can be very stressful, but l was immediately put at ease.”
