Arbor is lovely but one of the seat slats was rotten & broken & some of the metal fixings were missing so extra pieces had to be bought & fitted Suggest you check your stock thoroughly

The ShedLogic greenhouse in a box is a good concept and the components are generally well made but the instructions are confusing at best and completely misleading at worst. The labelling of the parts is non-existent and the big bag of bolts of varying sizes a nightmare It took far longer to assemble than it should have done as a consequence Overall good idea spoiled by poor execution

Had a large crack appear on my corner arbour main beam told Rollinson about it and they say it’s acceptable ? If I was within my returns period I would have sent it back, not the quality I was expecting for the price that I paid !!

One of the pieces of wood which supports the seat parts of the bench was very badly twisted making it difficult to assemble but otherwise ok.

Not quite as we expected but now much more robust with added strengthening to shelves. The cross slats of shelf bases were only stapled onto the mitred frame (not dovetailed as shown) underneath and would not take the weight of a plant pot display. We added wooden battens underneath the shelves which were screwed in to front and back of the shelf frames. The bottom shelf was reinforced with 4 engineering bricks placed underneath and just the right height. The top and middle shelf now rest on battens screwed to the back of the frame (same as the bottom shelf does in the original design).

The bench is ok. Fine at best. I was a bit disappointed at how it arrived; some of the screws were rusty, sodden instruction manual, a crack in a support beam where a screw had gone in. When I flagged this up, customer services were great (I can't fault the customer services at all). To be fair, I was offered replacements of the parts I flagged up as underpar, and given justification of why screws were rusty, manual was wet, wood cracked (which I still can't quite swallow!) but I had already put the bench up as I needed it for an event and didn't have the energy to take it apart again and wait for replacement parts. They did offer me £15 compensation, which I declined as I was hoping for more. I just think it's an ok bench, not massively sturdy and is it worth £170? Not quite.

There is nothing wrong with the product, but your customer services is appalling. The first shed I received was the wrong size. Ordered in time for Easter weekend. So I waited until the Tuesday to report that it was a 4 x 4 and not a 6 x 4. The gentleman on the phone tried to convince me that it was the wrong instructions. I told him the base was 4 x 4 and it only had 3 sides. The 4th side being mainly a door. He still didn’t believe me. Requested photos, which I sent while on the phone. One picture had a part number. He went away and a colleague told him it was indeed the wrong size. I waited another week for the right 6x4. Now I might be a woman, but I am not stupid and quite capable of putting a 6x4 shed together on my own. To be told I was wrong several times and having to prove by photos is outrageous. I even offered to buy the shed to save shipping costs and having 2 sheds, but that was too much hassle for him. I wouldn’t buy again because of this, but the product was ok, although the struts and roof could be thicker wood, and I reinforced the floor.

Fits well,disappointed as we were hanging it as about 30cm of stitching was missing but didn't want to take the awning down to return hoping it won't get any worse it wasn't cheap either.

I bought 2 Kashmir arbour seats. The design is great and they're good to look at but i had to buy extra timber to reinforce the seats. They were really flimsy and bowed uncomfortably when even the lightest person sat on them. Given that they look really nice, the extra effort and expense it took to make them fit for purpose was disappointing.

Bin store looks nice but was not straightforward to assemble. Some fixing parts were missing on delivery and one of the 3 store lids was damaged then on requesting (accurately) which lid needed replacing , the wrong replacement lid was then sent out.
