“Ordered a garden gate, delivery was quick.
The gate had a nail sticking out which I could quite have easily cut myself off.
Contacted customer service and three different agents couldn't muster a sorry, yeah that's not great but win affect the performance.
The items finished looks raw and not as good as the gate pictured in the photograph used in its sale.”

“Although the log store is sturdy, the instructions were very poor and it took many hours to put together. It would have been so much easier to have pre drilled holes or at least marks to show where to drill the holes. A simple online video would have helped in constructing the store. Clearly corners have been cut to reduce cost, but at very little extra cost, my experience would have been so much better.”

“The reason is I could not get the original covers which was 3 x 3 x 3 metres, short of half a metre and apparently you do not do covers without the steel frame. Thank God that I have a technical background and that helped me to down size the frame by half a meter to fit the covers. Yet to finish though.
As the covers suffer the most wear and tear, my humble request is to sell covers only in future as an option. I will definitely get one. Your price very competitive and the cheapest.”

“We ordered a Rowlinson Premium Heritage 4 x 3 ft Apex Shed drom Gardensite ( order number 426144 on the 21/05/25
It was delivered promptly on the agreed date and we put it ip that weekend
one of the pieces off wood that was to the top to attach roof to was badly bowed like a banana
Other pre joined pieces that were held to together with large staples were not joined correctly, one split piece of timber and there was three holes in the body of the shed where knots had dropped out making the shed not waterproof
Overall the quality did not feel good for a premium product”
