“Took me over two hours to get my gold in game. That's after using the live chat feature for over an hour and a half and having to several times give my in game details to the customer service person, who barely understood me. The process was confusing, lengthy, and not very secure. Having the farmer whisper me, invite me to group, then parade me around Stormwind to the bank before finally giving me the gold. I would never use this service again. I also would not recommend this service.”

“I was happy with the customer service, however I bought 2 lucky mules and that experience was poor, no mix of items, the same main item in both, which mirrored what I bought in bulk. Certainly the lucky mules are did not meet my expectations”

“I ordered a item for Trove, paid instantly and made a ticket in the live chat. They told me they don't have the item in stock and I should check back later. Did that at least 3 times and after 2 days of waiting I recieved an email telling me my item is ready for delivery. I madr a ticket and they told me they changed the price on the item I purchased and they couldn't give it to me. They did not want to refund, they only offered me the same price for a different item, which I did NOT want. They told me I had no choice and afterall I did not get the item I ordered! Won't ever purchase again on the site, not recommended! Regards”
