“I bought an runescape 2007 account from this website, turned out there already was a recovery mail set up onto the account. Couldn't even enjoy the account for 3 hours before it got recovered back. Service was not very helpful at all, blaming the customer for their faults. Rip 150 euros”

“YESTERDAY? I ORDERED 13M FROM OSRS SERVICERS, AND THEY DIDINT CLEAR MY PAYMENT AND HAD ME WAITING FOR HOURS! HOWEVER, I MADE YET ANOTHER "BIGGER" PURCHASE AFTER THAT INCIDENT, AND NOW YOU GUYS HAVE NO STOCK? AFTER I PAY MY MONEY AND EVERYTHING? THATS NOT RIGHT! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO ANNOUNCE THE STOCKS YOU HAVE BEFORE PEOPLE PAY THEIR HARD EARNED! NOT LIKING AND NEED MORE VALID WORK!”

“Do not buy anything from rpgstash. 3 days after I purchased 2 different accounts from them I was unable to sign in to either one. The passwords had been changed and I couldn't get the accounts back and customer service was no help. Save your money and don't buy anything from here.”

“they asked for confidential personal banking information and proof from my physical statements, delivery took days, and the customer support staff was very ineffective telling me their managers were sleeping and couldnt help me and that i had to come back at their convenience.”

“Absolutely terrible; I rolled 50m from the lucky chest, then was told I got 500 dragon bones instead. I offered to provide evidence but was declined. I was then provided terms POST-PAYMENT that I never agreed to, but was forced to comply with anyways in order to even get the 500 dbones.”

“When I went into the live chat to receive my items the person told me that your systems were down and to come back in an hour, so I ended the chat and tried to get a different person. I ended up getting the same lady and I asked her right away if the systems were back up and she said yes. The systems were back up in 5 seconds not 1 hour and then it took a further 25 minutes for me to get my items”
