“It was my first shopping experience with R&R Country, the service was brilliant! I accidentally ordered 2 of the same products by mistake, I emailed to ask if one could be taken of my delivery. I got a email back very quick to advise me this was no problem, and then I received a refund back. Most of the products I brought were in sale which was brilliant as they were all presents for my daughters birthday, and she only wants horsey stuff which can be pricey!! So thank you :-)”

“Great service. Found a tub of Udder grease that will last! Sold out elsewhere on line. I also found Biotin at a great price to see me through this month! Easy to order and I picked up in store - no hanging around (although I was distracted by Fudge for sale at the tills 😬)! Great customer service as always!”
