“Bought shoes online, free delivery which arrived very quickly by DPD even though it was standard delivery. Really well packaged and shoes were in great condition. My only gripe is the website has too many pop ups when trying to browse!!”

“The ladies I spoke to on the phone with regards to a garment sizing were extremely helpful and professional and I managed to purchase the item that I required. However when the item was delivered it was very shop soiled so I was very disappointed, however when I then spoke to another lady about the issue it was rectified immediately. So extremely good service and was only let down by the actual product...”
