“Disappointed and will not be using R&R Country in the future. The box arrived completely bashed up, the box had no additional packaging to protect the products either. The Fairfax chiltern purse box is destroyed and the purse is misshaped. The Holland copper jeans weren’t even sealed in their packaging, they arrived loose in the box. Having paid as much as I have, I am extremely upset to have received a package in the state I have. The product was shipped next day but took two days to arrive, which I wasn’t concerned about as I spent enough to get free postage but… To continue further, the customer service team stated they would not deduct a return postage charge due to the damage. Since returning to products, the jeans have some now gone missing and I have been charged for return postage. Words cannot describe how upset and frustrated I am. I was appalled to receive the product in the state I did, now I’m not being refunded for the jeans and being charged for return postage… definitely taking my business elsewhere. R&R Country emailed asking for a review, so this is it. I would not recommend them.”
