Hello Deb, I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel, I have just spoken to DPD regarding the delays and they have advised that due to the current strikes with Royal Mail they have had a large increase in the volume of parcels. They are unable to provide us with a delivery date as of yet but they hope to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, I will keep you updated as soon as the delivery date becomes available.
