“I cannot give a review of the items I purchased as I haven't received them yet. Should have arrived Friday 9th December but they appear to be stuck at the DPD depot, Morley. Now supposed to be arriving Wednesday 14th December. Hope they arrive before Christmas but don't feel very confident.”

Good morning, we apologise for the delay you're facing regarding this parcel. We do everything we can to get parcels sent out as quickly as possible at our end. As soon as they leave our warehouse it's unfortunately out of our control and up to the courier. Our customer service team have again been in touch with DPD this morning and we've been notified that your parcel is scheduled to leave the depot for delivery today. “Never used R&R before. I have been missing out! Quick and easy to order. Fast delivery. Didn't need to contact customer services, so I'm not sure how that fares, but if I don't need to contact them, I consider that good service.”
