“This was the first time I had ordered from R&R on-line and for the items to be delivered and I was very impressed with how quick I received my order. The purple hoof pick I ordered was black instead of purple but everything else was fine!”

“I sent a message re a Schoffel fleece,? I received a reply suggesting I bought the item on line and opt for collection which I did, I called in the next day and collected the item. No issues and the system worked well. Thanks”

“Purchased my items several days ago. Every day I’m told it’s going to be delivered I have a later email saying there’s an unexpected issue & delaying delivery. Disappointing if I’d known I could have purchased from an alternative company”

Hello Julie, We are disappointed to read this review. As I am sure you're aware, courier providers are experiencing mass disruption due to the knock on effect of the strikes and the general Christmas rush with online shoppers. However, we have made these possible delays perfectly clear on our website and advised that customer's should expect delays. Unfortunately estimated delivery times are out of our hands at the moment, as with a lot of online companies, but please note our standard shipping is between 1-5 working days (I can see your order was fulfilled within this timeframe). DPD are providing regular updates on the status of your parcel and you can also track this via the app. I trust this clears up the matter. Regards, Laura

“Excellent service from purchase to despatch however should consider an alternative courtier as DPD said they were delivering Monday and it’s now WEdnesdaynight and I have received nothing at all ….. this would put me off ordering again to be honest”

Unfortunately our couriers are experiencing high volumes of parcels which is why there are slight delays with deliveries - this is only due to the strike action having a knock on affect and the Christmas rush. “I had been searching for a coin purse for several months and fortunately I spotted your website with the Fairfax & Favor one on it. The lady I spoke to about it was extremely helpful in giving me the measurements of it. Delivery was pretty quick which was great. I am very pleased with it indeed.”
