“I recently ordered some boots online, the next day my order arrived however it wasn’t my order. I rang the team at R and R and they were fabulous, they apologised precisely. I offered to take the parcel I had received back to them and I picked my boots up on dropping the parcel off. The assistant in R & R spent ages with me making sure my boots fit perfectly and trying different males and sizes on until I was 100% happy. They also gave me a free boot bag, tote bag and mug for my troubles! Absolute 5 star service xx”

“Ordered a dog bed usual price £125 and I got it for £70. Product was wrapped up lovely and the item came just before schedule. Item was better than discribed.. Would highly recommend. Super fast service. Thank you”
