“I ordered a primaloft Musto gilet but unfortunately the wrong gilet arrived. I spoke to Laura at R&R who couldn't have been more helpful. Not having a smart phone or facility to print a label for the return (which was free due to their error) Laura e mailed me one which I photographed on my iPad. The returns process was easy and once they had notification I had posted the returned item they sent out the correct item which arrived two days later. The item was a gift and my partner loves it. I would recommend R&R and wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
