“It’s been a while since I’ve been to R&R. There was a young lady whose first day at the counter and a lady I’d known for years but hadn’t seen and others in between. It was great to be recognised as an old customer. They were all superbly friendly and helpful, I will go back any day.”

“They stocked the saddle I wanted and gave me lots of help and info with regards to that. I was able to collect it so I had it in time before the saddle fitter was coming. The staff was very helpful. They were concerned that the size of saddle (17.5") on my 14.2hh mare would be too big so I've added a pic of my mare in her new saddle... yes she has a long back lol. I've not used plaiting bands yet as using up old ones 1st.”

“R & R country service is second to none. I’ve brought a lot of products from them for my new horse including a PS of Sweden bridle . Everything always arrives promptly, well packed and lovely products. I have had to amend my orders a couple of times and nothing has been too much trouble. Definitely recommend. Thank you team R&R!”

“Very impressed Ordered my boots - £85 so free delivery - at 1.50pm and expected a 3-5 day delivery date. They were with me next day by 11am! Site was easy to use and boots well packaged and in great condition. Yes very impressed. Boots are fab too. Thank you very much.”
