“Firstly, clear and easy to navigate website, especially the terms & conditions which I always pay attention to in the event of a problem or needing a return. Product was accurately described and neatly packaged on arrival. The product I ordered was for a gift and sadly it did not fit so I returned it for a refund. R & R processed my refund by return. All in all, what a service! Would use again and totally recommend.”
