“Fast delivery, I did have a manufacturing problem with an item of clothing that I bought , spoke to customer services who where very helpful, organised the return of the item and had a replacement out the next day once the other one was received. Replacement in perfect condition. Very satisfied customer.”

“I was delighted to find a pair of Fairfax and Favor Explorers in my size on your website. They arrived a day early which was a bonus but unfortunately the blue box was damaged which is a shame as I keep them too. But overall I’m delighted to get a pair of the boots which are so hard to find at the moment.”
