“Absolutely excellent service, ordered a Pikeur show jacket which came within 48 hrs - came in a lovely R & R suit bag which I didn't expect and a nice gesture of some sweets and a thank you - would highly recommend.”

“Order came quicker than expected so that was a bonus. The stag balloon gin glass I ordered was really nice and the images did not do it justice. Arrived in a lovely good quality gift box. This was a present for a friend, having seen it I now want one for myself!”

“Very fast delivery. Unfortunately, 3 of the legs had a few scratches on them, but after sending R&R a quick email the next 3 new legs arrives - and a packet of sweets :) Great customer service! Many thanks”

“I ordered a bit on Tuesday morning and it was delivered to my house by Wednesday afternoon! Not only was the bit beautifully packaged, there was the cutest packet of horse shaped sweets in the box as a thank you! Fab service, thank you so much R&R.”

“Enjoyable shopping experience! Good website which was easy to navigate to find what I wanted. Delivery within a couple of days of ordering. I had to return the first bridle I ordered as it didn't fit, my error not theirs, and the communication and ease of returning an item was brilliant, with my refund made within a week of me returning the bridle. No complaints at all and will definately order from them again.”
