“After choosing my item from the website I spoke with a lovely member of staff to ask for a little more information. They couldn't have been more helpful. They spent time giving me advice and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. My item arrived the next day! How amazing is that. This is excellent customer service. I am very happy with my purchase and really happy with the knowledgable advice I recieved. I can't wait to visit the store to thank them in person. Highly recommended.”

“First rate service with very helpful staff. Excellent variety of clothing,footwear, hats etc. Equine goods and stable equipment too. In fact everything you need for horse and rider. I don’t have to and wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else! Plus excellent parking.”

“I have been searching for LeMieux black Capella comfort tendon boots .Everyone had sold out ,however R&R Country had them in stock, and they were reasonably priced.I was very impressed with the prompt service,I ordered them Monday afternoon and they arrived the next afternoon. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“Was told my stirrup leathers were dangerous ! Knew that I could get a replacement pair from R&R Country quickly and for a competitive price and they didn't let me down. Delighted with my Kent & Masters stirrup leathers and very pleased I'm no longer dangerous :-) Got email notifications when my order was received, dispatched and out with the courier. I can't fault the customer service, was excellent.”
