“I purchased a bridle online that did not fit. I visited the store to exchange it if you had one available. I was happy to see you had a larger one so exchanged it. This is a major investment and your tack lady upstairs was so knowledgeable and kind. She spent a long time explaining how to fit the bridle and giving me ideas to purchase separate components to make a bespoke bridle if this one does not fit. 10 out of 10 service thank you.”

“I’ve shopped in R&R for the last year now, for all my horsey needs, for my Fairfax and favor or Holland cooper fix, it’s always my go too, the service is always amazing, fast shipping and stunning products. My 4 year old son now knows when it’s an R&R delivery and always looks for the yummy horse gummy sweeties that always come free in the order, it’s the service and little things that keep me coming back, no matter what I need il find it on R&R country 🤩 even when I bought my new horse I used there fantastic bit advice lady who could not of been more helpful and advised me hat but would suit us best 😍 just love the service and the products. Huge selection to choose from in supliments, which is delivered to me door just can’t fault them 1 bit. Well done R&R for always being my go to 🤩”
