“Spoke to someone about bridle hire. She was very helpful and the service straightforward and very useful in my opinion. The option to try before buying is a huge advantage. Have got the PS of Sweden Nirak bridle on trial which I will probably buy. Seems very comfortable for the (very sensitive and fussy) horse and easy to fit in comparison to the Micklem which although a great concept doesn’t fit everything.”

“I ordered some boots which arrived quicker than expected. The boots were a bit snug on my legs so I rang to see if a wider pair could be reserved while I sent the first pair back. Customer service was excellent. I have since ordered again and will do in the future. R and r is my new go to place”

“Very good sale prices, but the service could be a lot better. It seems to always take a few days for items to be picked and ready to send and by that time some things have already been sold to someone else, despite the fact you have already paid for them. I would only buy from them if I can’t find the item for a better price elsewhere.”
