“Hi - first order with company. Sadly went wrong, the wrong item was delivered, which I don’t tend to experience often. Contacted the info team, who were very helpful and efficient. Wrong item collected and new delivery booked for correct item, however, received an email saying it would be delivered by DPD today and no delivery. DPD says they don’t have the package yet. Overall disappointing, would rate lower however info team were great, just a shame for first error, it happens, but update on new delivery also failed. So customer service not great, people very helpful.”

Hello Neil, Thank you for your review, we are sorry for the initial error with your order but glad to hear you found the mistake to be rectified quickly and efficiently with our team. Unfortunately, the redelivery of your parcel is out of our hands. DPD failed to collect all of our parcels on Tuesday evening due to an 'unexpected issue' - we are led to believe this was due to the extreme weather conditions causing disruption. This is why your parcel has been delayed slightly. We would like to highlight this was not a fault with our customer service team, merely our external courier (DPD) so we apologise on behalf of them. “Amazing experience ordering from here. Had a phone call due to them noticing a mistake with my order, the item i wanted was out of stock so offered a refund for the wrong item that i had ordered. Order sent out the next day and arrived a couple days later. Very friendly and helpful.”
