“Despite there being issues with my original order, the mark of a good company is how they respond. R&R could not have been better. The communication with them was great, they arranged collection of the wrong item and delivered required item quickly. We all make mistakes but how we respond is what matters. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend - thank you.”

“I had such a positive experience shopping at R&R country. Efficient postage. Even though the products did not fit properly I had to return and Sue was so knowledgable in the emails and organised a Dpd collection as the shops here in Aintree had no room for collect plus. I will be shopping on R&R again because of this. Thanks so much”
