“Ordered a bridle from r&r and the quality was utterly beautiful. It looked exactly like it did in the images and felt amazing, unfortunately it didn't fit so arranged collection of the original and ordered another, the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted everything out for me quickly, will definitely be ordering more tack when needed!!!”

“I ordered 5 items from R&R over Easter and was delighted that despite the bank holiday and the Virus lockdown my parcel arrived very quickly -Two days later ! well packed and items in perfect condition. This was exceptional service and would put many companies to shame even during normal working conditions. Well done to the staff at R&R for such a fabulous service, I am most grateful and will certainly be recommending you to all of my friends. My ponies were very happy to have a new supply of treats in the parcel! Congratulations to R&R staff and DPD driver Tristan, who is always cheerful :) Thank you so much.”
