“Brilliant service and choice. I ordered a click and collect of horse suppliments and food and then decided to visit the store to purchase boots. I received fantastic helpful service and assistance to try on and select the boot suitable for my needs. I went to the feed store and although my order was not yet ready the team immediately gathered it up for me. I also purchased some additional items. So, 3 services used that day all purchases were good quality and value (a mix of well known brands, R and R own and more "economy brands") and excellent customer service. This is why I always make the 2 hour round trip to return. Thanks”

“well. i have no faults- honestly the service, the delievery and even down to the packaging was all absolutely fantastic. everything was extremely well done- including their website being extremely simple to navigate, i found everything i needed. moreover- their prices are sooo good! i bought some freejump stirrups which i had seen around retailing for £300+... came onto r&r country and got them for £230. shipping was fast and very very good- i believe i received emails telling me when my delivery was arriving. 5* definitely for this company- am getting my own horse soon and so i will absolutely get everything i need from them. i hope when i am older (i am 14 now) i will have the opportunity to resent them as a company.”

“I can honestly say I have never been so impressed with a service so much...and so easy to order..... returned goods and replaced within 3 days... no p&p over £40...... R&R will be my first go to for anything equestrian in the future......thank you x”

“Order was delivered really quickly with minimum fuss. Sadly I had to return my order, they confirmed receipt the following day and my refund was back in my account the next day. Great to deal with, just sorry I had to return the item”
