“Service ok , responded to all emails as products were on back order . However the box was totally beaten and broken open on delivery. I couldn't refuse to take it as it was my daughters gift and I know they are in short supply. Thankfully the actual product wasn't too bad”

“I placed an online order for a new Monarch saddle on a Monday then decided I needed new stirrups on the Tuesday so I called R and R to see if i could get them added to my order. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and helpful . Wednesday my new saddle and leathers arrived. Very speedy turn around from order to delivery. I particularly like the option of the interest free payment plan which I took advantage of - not everyone has the money to buy a new saddle outright so this was peace of mind.”

“I ordered the equilibrium massage pad and opted for standard free delivery estimated at 3-5 working days. The pad arrived next day (on a Saturday) much to my pleasant surprise. This is the second order I’ve done and the rug also arrived the next day. Very good service!”
