“Not previously used R&R. They were delivered next day. Good service. The whole transaction was online. These wellies replace my previous pair of the same brand which lasted 2 years but were used daily.”

“Very good service! Speedy and took advantage of the finance available due to purchase price of free jump stirrups and leathers! By far the best value in the net. Contacted customer services as a progrip attachment was missing from one leather and got an instant reply and progrip dispatched straight away! Would highly recommend”

“Not only were the staff helpful, i asked if within my latest online purchase if a styrup strap I accidentally previously left at the store could be added to the delivery. No problem I was told and it wasn't! Sure enough within the packaging was the strap. Fantastic reliable service, will definitely buy from them again, very happy!”

“Was ordered to buy a pair of Shire Boots for my wife's birthday. Had no choice in the matter but found it very easy to not make a mistake picking the right pair from the website as it was so easy to use. Ordering online was simple and quick. Had a slight issue with the delivery but that was DPD's fault, not R&R. When i called up to check everything was ok, the people i spoke to on the phone were kind, courteous, professional and most importantly, reassuring. Boots arrived and they were packaged securely, and my wife loved them! I'll be ordering from you for every Christmas, birthday, anniversary and Mothers Days from now on!”
