“Received our goods in quick time. Unfortunately one tiny part was missing. I rang that day and by the next morning the part had arrived! I was so impressed with our goods but even more so with the customer service - friendly and speedy! Thank you so much”

“I ordered an item online on Friday and despite DPD saying it would be delivered on the Monday I was very pleased when it arrived on Sunday morning. When the item arrived it was sadly too big so I called the Melton Mowbray store who said they had the size I required and that they would hold it for me. I made the journey over and the ladies were very helpful, I tried on the new size and an exchange was carried out very easily, thank you”

“I ordered some shoes whilst on my holidays and requested that my order wasn't shipped until I got home. I had an immediate reply to my order to say they had noticed this and held back my delivery. I returned from holiday and my parcel arrived the next day. Fabulous and prompt service, definitely went above and beyond what I expected. Will most certainly order again - thank you!”
