“Love R & R ,the online shopping experience is so easy and it is always delivered so quickly , everything I’ve had is really good quality, my only niggle is that if you shop online, been a loyalty member , you do not get points added on to your total , as you do if shop in store !”

“I ordered but asked you to return the breeches I returned to you before Covid I’m still waiting on them being returned.. if I don’t get them ILE be contacting v12 to deduct this as I’m still buying for them n I don’t have them please can you return”

“Hi thank you for the excellent service. The jodhpurs are fine around my waist but baggy elsewhere. I think the next size down will be a bit small around the waist. Therefore I have concluded , I might take them to my tailoress and ask her if she can alter them. Best wishes mark”

“It’s been a while since I’ve been to R&R. There was a young lady whose first day at the counter and a lady I’d known for years but hadn’t seen and others in between. It was great to be recognised as an old customer. They were all superbly friendly and helpful, I will go back any day.”

“They stocked the saddle I wanted and gave me lots of help and info with regards to that. I was able to collect it so I had it in time before the saddle fitter was coming. The staff was very helpful. They were concerned that the size of saddle (17.5") on my 14.2hh mare would be too big so I've added a pic of my mare in her new saddle... yes she has a long back lol. I've not used plaiting bands yet as using up old ones 1st.”

“R & R country service is second to none. I’ve brought a lot of products from them for my new horse including a PS of Sweden bridle . Everything always arrives promptly, well packed and lovely products. I have had to amend my orders a couple of times and nothing has been too much trouble. Definitely recommend. Thank you team R&R!”
