“Excellent customer sevice. The horse rug I ordered was out of stock. I was contacted straigt away and offered 20% off any other rug or I could wait until the rug I ordered was back in stock and they would refund my postage. I chose to wait, the rug was delivered approx a week later and postage refunded. The Mio rug is a perfect fit and a good quality lightweight for rainy days. Would definitely recommend this company and the rug to others!”
