“Placed an order on Saturday evening long after shops had closed. Received an e-mail on Sunday morning confirming that the order had been packaged and dispatched. I received the goods within 5 minutes of the stipulated delivery time. Perfect!”

“When I wanted to add to my already placed order i asked someone to ring me and they did! Adding to the order was no problem, I didn’t have to cancel the order and place it again or make an additional order and foot the bill of extra postage. So refreshing to rediscover real customer service when for most retailers it’s clearly died a death. Thank you and don’t stop!”

“The customer service was excellent and very friendly. My order (a dressage saddle) was processed very quickly and was delivered within 2 days. Although, the picture of the saddle on their website was of the old design, and the saddle I received was of the new design (different shaped surface knee blocks) it wasn't a problem for me.”
