“Very Speedy despatch. Excellent customer service, and prompt replies. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Whilst my order was not quite right for me and has been returned. I will be ordering from them again. Highly recommend this store”

Hello, I am disappointed to read this review. I recall speaking with you on the phone yesterday, after our call I again spoke with DPD and they have this morning advised they will collect from the incorrect property and re-deliver for you - I feel this 1 star review is unfair as we have tried our best to get this sorted for you in a timely manner. With that said, you will receive you boots today (as per my email this morning). We apologise on behalf of DPD but this was unfortunately out of our control as we dispatched the order in good faith with our courier. Regards, Laura

“Nothing beats a trip to R&R Country.. other than an online shopping trip.. all the benefits of fantastic ranges and service all in your PJs.. (although sure they'd serve you in the shop in your PJs too, country folk take you as you come). Always helpful staff and always come away with what we need, and a few wants as well”

“Amazing store, all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Theres always staff members around that check you are ok and see if you need any assistance. The riding boots and lemieux products i got are amazing. Always my go to place for anything horsey .”
